Speaking of Target - I picked up 2 bottles of the specially marked Herbal Essences conditioner that you can redeem for a free manicure/pedicure using a Target coupon and a manuf. coupon = .99/both. They don't list the participating salons on the bottle or on the website, you just have to wait for it to show up in the mail (I especially love the part where it states "may require driving a long distance". So, being the super nice blogger that I am (note: 3 more bags of marshmallows that I didn't need, just wanted to see if the catalina still printed) I put in all my info and I'll report back when I receive the list of salons. This offer is valid until 12/31/08, but you have to buy the specially marked bottles.

I will be very curious to hear what salons participate. I notice also that you live in Washington, me too! I have read your blog before, but I think only once, I will certainly be back from now on! You do a great job and we can also share local deals!
Now you only have to figure out what to do with a million bags of marshmallows!!
You're lucky you found these! I've looked at Target, Walmart, several CVSs--and can't find the specially-marked bottles. Enjoy your mani/pedi!
